Grapefruit oil use:

Boost energy & mood
Breathe the aroma of Grapefruit oil directly from the bottle, Use 5 drops of Grapefruit oil to your Diffuser, while at your home or office, or mix 2-3 drops of Grapefruit oil, with 1 tablespoon of Carrier oil, then apply it to your wrist, to increase energy , and improve mood

Stress Relief
Pour 2-3 Grapefuit oil, with 1 tablespoon of Virgin Coconut oil (VCO), mix, then pour into a sterile cotton ball, then rub it on your wrist, neck or chest. You can also pour 5 drops of Grapefruit oil into the Diffuser, or you can breathe the aroma of Grapefruit oil directly from the bottle, to relieve stress

Reduce Sugar Cravings
Pour 5 drops of Grapefruit oil into your Diffuser then place it in your room. You can also pour 2-3 drops of Grapefruit oil, with 1 tablespoon of Carrier oil, mix it, then apply it to your chest and wrist, to reduce the craving for sugar / sweet foods.

Aid Digestion
Pour 3-5 drops of Grapefruit oil, with 1 tablespoon of Jojoba oil, mix, then apply on your stomach to help relieve indigestion

Fatigue Relief Diffuser blend
Pour 3 drops of Peppermint, 2 drops of Grapefruit, and 2 drops of Rosemary to your Diffuser, to overcome fatigue
