Lavender

Lavender is a plant that has produced the most used essential oil in the world for more than 2500 years. Lavender is the most popular and versatile essential oil. Lavender grows in marine climates, with dry, rocky and sandy areas. Lavender can be found in the Mediterranean region, Europe, Africa, the Canary Islands, the Middle East and India

Lavender has strong antioxidant, antibacterial and antidepressant properties. Lavender oil is extracted from most Lavender flowers, through a steam distillation process. Traditionally, Lavender oil is used as a raw material for making perfumes.

Lavender oil serves to relieve stress, anxiety, headaches, relax, improve skin health, improve mood, balance hormones, make sleep sound, overcome insomnia, relieve muscle pain, insect repellent

Bergamot, Cedarwood, Chamomile, Citronella, Clove Bud, Geranium, Lemon, Patchouli, Rose, Rosemary, Sandalwood, Vetiver, Ylang Ylang

Lavender oil use:

Calming Effect

Pour 2 - 3 drops of Lavender oil, and 1 tablespoon of Carrier oil, mix, then pour in the palm of your hand, then rub it on the feet, temples and wrists, to get a calming effect directly on the body

Nausea or motion sickness
To reduce nausea or symptoms of motion sickness, pour 1 drop of Lavender oil, with 1 spoon of the Carrier oil, mix, then apply behind the ear or around the navel

Sleep well
Pour 1-2 drops of Lavender oil into the palm of your hand, or pour 2-3 drops of Lavender oil onto the pillow, to improve the quality of your sleep

Improve Memory & Focus
Pour 2-3 drops of Lavender oil, and 1 tablespoon of Carrier oil, mix, then apply on the wrist, chest or back of your neck, or 3-5 drops of Lavender to your Diffuse, to increase concentration, and focus

Insomnia
Pour 3-5 drops of Lavender oil on your pillow, tissue or handkerchief. You can also breathe Lavender oil directly from the bottle. Do this before you go to sleep, to overcome insomnia, eliminate anxiety, and make you feel calm

Foot Bath
Pour warm water into a container / basin. Then add 1 cup of English salt, and 10-15 drops of Lavender oil. Soak your feet in water for 10-15 minutes, to make you relax and sleep well

Minor Burn
Pour 2-3 drops of Lavender oil, with 1 tablespoon of Carrier oil. Combine, then apply to mild burns, to reduce pain, swelling, redness, or pain
