The corona virus pandemic which spread globally, made several countries to lock up the system, to prevent the spread of the corona virus or COVID-19. The impact of the corona virus spread has caused office, school, house of worship, and shops to close, in order to avoid crowds or physical distance. Therefore office workers, shop owners, as well as students in to improve outside activities, and carry out activities at home

In addition to doing office work from home, there are many activities you can do with your family, and there is nothing wrong if you make time for yourself, so that your body and mind are more relaxed, and you can avoid stress


The following are things you can do to spare yourself, at home:

 

Light exercise

Besides being beneficial for maintaining a healthy body, exercise can also improve mood. You can do light exercise at home such as warm-up, squats, jumping rope, etc.

Diffuse 3-5 drops of Tea Tree or Lemon, which has antibacterial properties, also to improve air quality in the room where you exercise

Watch favorite shows

Book is a window to the world. Increase your world knowledge and insight, by reading books. Use Rosemary to help improve memory, and make you focus

Mix 3 drops of Rosemary, with 1 teaspoon of Virgin Coconut oil (VCO), then apply to the back of the neck, or Diffuse 5 drops of Rosemary oil

Listening to music

Music can help relieve stress, improve mood, and create enthusiasm.

Diffuse 3- 5 drops of Ylang Ylang, Roman Chamomile, or Jasmine, which has a calming effect, and makes you relax

Relaxing bath

Bathing is an effective way to relax, and make your body feel refreshed.

Pour 8-10 drops of Rose, and 1 tablespoon of Carrier oil, into a tub of warm water. Soak, and relax your body and mind
