Calming EffectPour 2-3 drops of Lavender oil, and 1 teaspoon of Carrier oil. Mix, then pour in the palm of your hand, then rub on the feet, temples, and wrists, to get a calming effect directly on the body
Bath BlendPour 3 drops of Frangipani, 3 drops of Lavender, 3 drops of Jasmine, and 2 tablespoons of Carrier oil, into the tub, which contains warm water. Soak yourself, in the bathtub. This method makes you more relaxed
Relaxing MassagePour 5 drops of Basil, 5 drops of Vetiver, 5 drops of Lavender, 5 drops of Cedarwood, and 2 tablespoons of Carrier oil. Mix all the oil, then use it as a massage oil. Apply after you take a shower, to calm and restore skin freshness
Foot BathPour 5 - 10 drops of Sandalwood oil, into a basin of warm water, to soak your feet, and make you relax
