Return and Exchange Policy

We believe that providing the best service to our customers is very special, we provide facilities for return (return) and exchange of goods (exchange). Customers can use this facility if:

  • Goods received are not in accordance with the order (valid for all products)
  • There is a defect in the item received (only applies to accessories such as diffuser etc)

Provisions in Returning Goods

Damaged products are caused by the recipient's fault and we don't receive shipping services and send them back to the customer. Product exchange confirmation to CS is done a maximum of 1x24 hours after the product is received by the customer. Returns can only be done within 3 × 24 hours from the time the item is received via freight forwarding.
