Essential oil for mosquito bites
Mosquito bites are very annoying, especially children and individuals, with a weak immune system. When mosquito bites pierce the skin, itchy, swollen, the skin turns red, and the desire to continue to scratch it. The reaction from mosquito bites, usually mild and fades within a few days.
Here are some essential oils, which can help reduce the effects of itching, due to mosquito bites.

Lemongrass
Lemongrass oil (lemongrass kitchen) comes from lemongrass stems. Lemongrass has a strong, fresh aroma and can repel insects, such as mosquitoes. Lemongrass is also widely used as a cooking ingredient in Asian countries, and treats various skin problems
Application :
Lemongrass for mosquito bites
Mix 2-3 drops of Lemongrass oil, with 1 teaspoon of Virgin Coconut oil (VCO). Apply it to the swollen part, due to mosquito bites, leave it overnight, and wash it in the morning. This method can relieve itching and reduce pain in the skin
Diffuser
Pour 5 - 10 drops of Lemongrass oil, into your Diffuser, with a 250ml water dose. To help repel mosquitoes. Put the Diffuser in the living room, or your bedroom
Citronella oil
Citronella oil (citronella fragrance) is extracted from fragrant lemongrass leaves through the distillation process. Citronella is widely used for aromatherapy, cosmetics, and insect repellents. Citronella oil can also be used for inflammation, rashes, and muscle aches
Citronella oil for mosquito bites
Mix 3-4 drops of Citronella oil, 2 drops of Eucalyptus oil, and 1 teaspoon of Almond oil, into a bowl of hangat warm water. Apply it to the part affected by an insect bite, such as a lotion. This method can prevent irritation, and inflammation of the skin
Bugs off
Pour 4 drops of Citronella, 3 drops of Lemongrass, and 3 drops of Peppermint into your Diffuser, with a dose of 250ml water. This mixture can help repel insects in your home
Eucalyptus oil
Eucalyptus oil is extracted from the leaves of Eucalyptus, which comes from Australia. Eucalyptus oil has a fresh, camphoraceous aroma. Eucalyptus can be used, to help relieve muscle aches, colds and coughs, relieve allergic symptoms, and be effective in repelling mosquitoes
Diffuser use
Pour 3-4 drops of Eucalyptus oil into your Diffuser, with a dose of 250ml water. Place a diffuser in your room, to help repel mosquitoes. Eucalyptus can also relieve nasal congestion, and can sterilize air in the room
Basil oil
Basil oil (basil) is extracted from the leaves of the basil plant. Basil is used for various medicinal treatments, beauty products, and cooking ingredients. Basil oil can relieve itching, due to mosquito bites.
Basil oil for mosquito bites
1. Pour 2-3 drops of Basil oil, with 1 teaspoon of Carrier oil. Mix, then apply to the skin that is bitten by mosquitoes using cotton, to reduce irritation, inflammation, and help reduce itching on the skin
2. You can also mix 2-3 drops of Basil oil, 2 drops of Eucalyptus oil, and 1 teaspoon of Almond oil to add a relaxing effect. apply to the skin bitten by mosquitoes using cotton
Peppermint oil
Peppermint is extracted from the leaves of the peppermint plant, and has a strong mint aroma. Peppermint is a plant that has been used, for more than 200 years, since the civilizations of Egypt, and ancient Rome
Peppermint oil also functions as an insect repellent. The cold sensation of Peppermint oil can relieve itching, and the desire to scratch
Pour 3-4 drops of Peppermint oil, with 1 teaspoon of Virgin Coconut oil, or Jojoba oil. Mix, then apply on the part bitten by mosquitoes, this method can relieve itching, and prevent skin irritation
Lavender oil
Lavender oil can be categorized as the king of essential oils, because Lavender oil has the potential to alleviate various health problems. Lavender flowers, and Lavender oil are valued, because of their usefulness, and aroma. Lavender oil is effective in repelling insects, especially mosquitoes
Pour 4-6 drops of Lavender oil, with 1 teaspoon of Almond oil or Jojoba oil. Apply it to the bite using cotton, to help relieve irritation and pain
Geranium oil
