Nutmeg oil (Myristica Fragrans)
Nutmeg (Nutmeg) originates from Maluku Island, known as the Spice Islands, but also grows on Java, Penang (Malaysia), and Sri Lanka. Nutmeg can be used as a food flavoring, perfume mixture, soap, and as a raw material for making essential oils
Nutmeg is a dioecious plant, so it is known as a male tree, and a female tree. The leaves are elliptical slim. The fruit is oval shaped like a lemon, yellow, fleshy and flavorful, because it contains essential oils, in the flesh of the fruit. When it is ripe, the skin and flesh of the fruit open, and the seeds will be seen wrapped in mace, which is red. One fruit produces one nutmeg brown
Nutmeg is processed by the steam distillation method, from nutmeg. Nutmeg has a warm aroma. Nutmeg oil can help overcome digestive problems, headaches, muscle aches, relieve stress, menstrual cramps, and can improve sleep quality

Nutmeg oil use :
Digestive problem
Pour 5-6 drops of Nutmeg oil, with 1 teaspoon of Carrier oil. Combine, then apply on the abdomen, while in massage - massage, to help relieve nausea, diarrhea, constipation, and gallstones
Relief Pain
Pour 2-3 drops of Nutmeg oil, with 1 teaspoon of Virgin Coconut oil (VCO). Mix, then apply to the part of the muscle that is aching, or aching
Calming Sleep
Pour 2 drops of Nutmeg oil into a cloth, or your handkerchief, then place it next to the pillow, while you sleep, to improve sleep
Gargle
Pour 2 drops of Nutmeg oil, into a glass of warm water, and use as a mouth rinse, to prevent bad breath
Stress Relief
Pour 2-3 drops of Nutmeg oil into your Diffuser, with a 100 - 200ml water dose, to help relieve stress
