Sugar Craving

Are you someone who is happy, and likes sweets? Be careful, you can be considered a sugar craving

The desire to eat sweet foods and high in calories, has been programmed in our brains since birth. The desire to consume as many calories as possible is the human instinct to survive

Along with changing times, sugar and high-calorie foods are more easily obtained. It also triggers a life change with high sugar consumption and causes sugar craving aka addiction to sweet foods

Sugar craving is a form of addiction or addiction that occurs in the brain due to excessive sugar consumption. Addicted to sweet foods we often do not realize because it blends with our daily diet. This has become a big problem when we tend to eat large amounts of food shortly after tasting sweet food

The following are essential oils that can help reduce sugar craving

1. Grapefruit

Grapefruit is the best essential oil, to overcome sugar craving.
Grapefruit oil can reduce feelings of hunger, ward off carbohydrates and sugar cravings, help balance blood sugar, and induce positive feelings (which are useful when you want to eat sweet foods)

2. Peppermint

Peppermint oil has a fresh aroma. The aroma of Peppermint oil that is inhaled can help distract you, when you want to eat sweet foods, give you a feeling of fullness, can clear your mind, and make the focus

Reduce Cravings
Mix 2-3 drops of Grapefruit oil, with 1 teaspoon of Carrier oil. Then apply the mixture, on the chest, and your wrists, when the desire to eat sweet foods appears

Cut the Craving Diffuser blend
Pour 2 drops of Grapefruit oil, 2 drops of Peppermint oil, 1 drop of Cinnamon Bark oil, and 250ml of water, into your Diffuser. This mixture can help reduce the symptoms of sugar craving
