Description Coriander (Coriandrum sativum) is a popular spice plant. Small fruits are dried and traded, whether or not crushed. The shape that is not crushed is similar to pepper, like small seeds 1-2 mm in diameter. This plant is planted in the gardens of the lowlands and mountains. Like celery, this plant only reaches a height of one meter from the ground. The leaves are green with jagged edges.
