Cardamom (Amomum Cardamomum)

Cardamom (cardamom) has 2 types of plants, namely Elettaria and Amomum. Elettaria cardamom mostly grows in India, commonly known as green cardamom, while Amomum cardamom, found in several Asian states, is known as Javanese cardamom, Bengal cardamom, white cardamom, brown cardamom, brown cardamom, red cardamom and Siamese cardamom . Both cardamom are part of the plant species of ginger (Zingiberaceae).

Cardamom (cardamom) is known as the "queen of spices" in the world of cooking, cardamom is a popular spice used throughout the world in various dishes, because it has a distinctive aroma.

Cardamom is processed through steam distillation, from cardamom seeds, and undergoes a long drying process (more than 3 months), to get the best chemical elements. Cardamom also has a warm and spicy aroma.

Cardamom has soothing properties, a gentle aroma and is safe for children, cardamom can overcome digestive and respiratory problems. Cardamom can also overcome nasal congestion, eliminate bad breath, flu, cough, and headaches.

Bergamot, Cedarwood, Cinnamon, Clove Bud, Sweet Orange, Rose, and Ylang Ylang

Cardamom oil use:

Bath salt

Mix 2 drops of Cardamom, 1 drop of Lavender and 2 drops of Frankincense, with 1 tablespoon of Jojoba oil and 1/2 cup of English salt. Mix, then mix well, then pour into a bathtub filled with warm water, for you to soak


Pour 5-6 drops of Cardamom oil onto your car's Diffuser, and breathe the aroma, for a more comfortable drive
