Essential oils contain chemical compounds, which can help improve air circulation, help relieve respiratory problems and are part of your natural lifestyle. There are so many variants of essential oils, then what variant is suitable to help your breathing?

Here are some choices of essential oils that we recommend for you to try:

Peppermint

Peppermint is one of the most versatile and well-known essential oils around the world. Peppermint is processed by steam distillation from the leaves, flower buds and stems. Minty aroma that is strong and cool, can relieve your breathing

Tips & How to use:

Diffuse

Pour 3-5 drops of essential oil into a diffuser with a measuring 250ml of water. Inhale the aroma for 15-30 minutes to help relieve your breathing problems

Topical

Mix 2-3 drops of essential oil, with 1 teaspoon of Carrier oil. Apply it on your chest and neck, to help relieve your breathing problems, cough or sore throat

Direct Inhale

Unscrew the essential oil bottle. Directly inhale the aroma of the essential oil, try to keep you relaxed when you inhale the aroma. This method is an easy and practical way to use essential oils, as well as to help your breathing
