Cedarwood oil use:
Sleepy Time
Pour 12 drops of Lavender, 12 drops of Cedarwood, 6 drops of Sweet Orange, and 20ml of Virgin Coconut oil (VCO), into a dark glass bottle. Beat the bottle to mix well. Then apply a few drops of the mixture on the bottom of the foot, or your back, while massaging - massage, do this method before you sleep
Dry Scalp
Mix 2-3 drops of Cedarwood oil, with 2 tablespoons of Virgin Coconut oil (VCO), mix, then massage onto the scalp. Leave for 1-2 hours, then rinse with water
Relaxing Blend
Pour 4 drops of Cedarwood, 4 drops of Frankincense, and 4 drops of Lavender, into your Diffuser. Breathe in the aroma to make you relax
