Essential oil has aromatic molecules, which have a direct effect on parts of our brain, which are responsible for controlling feelings of stress, anxiety, panic and depression. The following are essential oils that can relieve stress

Lavender


Lavender may be one of the best essential oils to relieve stress, has a calming effect, relaxes, and can overcome insomnia

Pour 2-3 drops of lavender oil, with 1 teaspoon of carrier oil in the palm of your hand. Mix, then breathe the aroma. Lavender oil makes it relaxed and comfortable. You can also pour 1-2 drops of Lavender oil on a tissue, cotton or handkerchief, then breathe the aroma

Bergamot


Cedarwood is an excellent essential oil to relieve stress, tension and calm the mind. Cedarwood can also balance emotions, and make sleep feel calm

Pour 2 - 5 drops of Bergamot oil into your Diffuser. You can also breathe in the aroma of Bergamot oil, directly from the bottle, or by pouring 2-3 drops of Bergamot oil into a tissue, then breathe the aroma to relieve stress

Cedarwood
Cedarwood is an excellent essential oil to relieve stress, tension and calm the mind. Cedarwood can also balance emotions, and make sleep feel calm

You can inhale Cedarwood oil from the bottle directly, or by pouring 1-2 drops of Cedarwood oil, and 1 tablespoon of Carrier oil. Combine, then apply over your eyebrows, and on the back of the neck, to relieve stress and tension

Frankincense
Frankincense can help reduce depression and anxiety. Frankincense can also soothe and relax you. Pour 3-5 drops of Frankincense oil into your Diffuser, the aroma of Frankincense oil, makes you relax, overcomes fatigue, and relieves depression

Ylang Ylang
Ylang Ylang is very effective for relieving stress caused by anger and can bring a feeling of calm and peacePour 2-3 drops of Ylang Ylang oil, and 1 tablespoon of Carrier oil, mix, then apply to wrist, neck, legs and back, to reduce stress and anxiety
You can also pour 3-5 drops of Ylang Ylang oil into your Diffuser, to balance emotions and aphrodisiac effects
