Headaches that are medically known as cephalalgia or pronounced cephalgia are a condition due to pain in the head. Sometimes back pain in the neck, or upper back, is also called a headache

Headaches are aches or pains in the head, which can appear gradually or suddenly. Pain can appear on one side of the head, or in all parts of the head. Headaches can make your head feel throbbing, or as if tightly twisted by a rope

Essential oil for Headache

1. Lavender
Lavender can be used to help improve sleep quality, reduce stress, anxiety and depression. Inhaling the scent of Lavender oil, effective for relieving headaches, and migraines caused by stress

2. Rosemary
Rosemary oil has traditionally been used to help relieve headaches and improve circulation, reduce pain, and insomnia

3. Peppermint
Peppermint is the most popular essential oil for relieving headaches. Some studies state that, using peppermint oil, which is mixed with carrier oil, then applies it to the temples and forehead, can provide relief, and relieve headaches. Peppermint also contains menthol, which is effective for relieving migraines

4. Chamomile
Chamomile oil has anti-inflammatory properties, which can help relieve headaches, which are caused by stress and anxiety

5. Eucalyptus
Eucalyptus oil is traditionally used to relieve sinuses and reduce inflammation. Eucalyptus oil can also relieve headaches, which are caused by nasal congestion. Eucalyptus oil is effective in relieving pain and reducing blood pressure when inhaled


Headache Diffuser blend

2 Peppermint Drops
2 Lavender Drops
1 Eucalyptus Drops
1 Rosemary Drops

Pour 2 drops of Peppermint oil, 2 drops of Lavender oil, 1 drop of Eucalyptus oil, 1 drop of Rosemary oil, and 100 - 200ml of water into your Diffuser. This mixture serves to relieve headaches or migraines, sinuses, and tension

Oil blend headache

30ml Carrier oil (Olive oil / Jojoba oil)
10-12 Drops of Lavender oil / Rosemary oil or 6-9 Drops of Eucalyptus oil / Peppermint oil
A 50ml dark glass bottle
1 pipette

How to use :

Pour 30ml of Carrier oil and essential oil into a dark glass bottle. Then shake the bottle slowly, so that it is evenly mixed. After that, pour 1-4 drops of the mixture into your hand using a pipette. Apply on the forehead, back of the neck, or your temple. Avoid use on the eye
