Essential oil for Sleep Well

LavenderLavender has a gentle aroma, has a comfortable nature, makes it relaxed, can balance hormones, and can make you sleep soundly
Lavender for Sleep :Pour 1-2 drops of Lavender oil into the palm of your hand, or Pour 2 - 3 drops of Lavender oil onto your pillow, to improve the quality of your sleep
VetiverVetiver has an exotic aroma, balances emotions, relaxes, and sleep well
Good Night Sleep Tight :Pour 2 drops of Vetiver, 2 drops of Lavender, and 2 drops of Roman Chamomile into your Diffuser, with 250ml of water. This mixture can improve the quality of your sleep
FrankincenseThe aroma of Frankincense encourages a feeling of calm, relaxed and peaceful. Frankincense can also balance your mood, and improve the quality of your sleep
Deep Sleep :Pour 2 drops of Frankincense, 3 drops of Patchouli, and 4 drops of Lavender, into your Diffuser, with 250ml of water. This mixture relaxes you and improves the quality of your sleep
CedarwoodCedarwood has a warm aroma, has a calming effect, and makes you sleep soundly
Sleepy time :12 drops of Lavender, 12 drops of Cedarwood, and 6 drops of Sweet Orange, and Pour 20ml Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO). Mix all the oil, then place it in a glass container, with a tight air cover. Pour a few drops, then massage on the bottom of the foot, or your back before going to bed
Roman ChamomileRoman Chamomile has a sweet floral aroma, can calm the mind and body. Roman Chamomile is an essential oil that is most often used, to overcome sleeping
Sleep well :Pour 1-2 drops of Roman Chamomile oil, with 1 tablespoon of Virgin Coconut oil (VCO), mix, then apply on the temples, stomach, hand throwing, back neck, and the bottom of the foot, to make a good night's sleep
Ylang YlangYlang Ylang can increase blood flow, improve mood, balance emotions, and make your sleep easier
Restful Night Sleep :Pour 3 drops of Ylang Ylang, and 3 drops of Lavender into the Diffuser, with 250ml of air. Place the Diffuser in your room, 1 hour before going to bed, to sleep well
