How to use Essential oil
Apply to the skinThe use of essential oils by being applied to the skin, or rubbed onto the skin, is the most widely used method, by users of essential oils. To use this method, essential oils must be mixed or diluted first with carrier oil, to avoid irritation, sensitivity or allergic reactions to the skin.
Carrier oil: Virgin Coconut oil (VCO), Grapeseed oil, Jojoba oil, Olive oil, Almond oil, etc.
Simply inhaleYou can breathe in directly from the bottle of essential oil carefully, try to keep your breath relaxed when inhaling the aroma. This method is one of the easiest and most effective ways to calm down, relax, and relieve anxiety
Steam InhalationHeat 2-3 cups of water until boiling, then pour into a bowl. Then pour 2-5 drops of essential oil into a bowl. Cover your head with a towel, then position your nose, close to the bowl, then breathe hot steam slowly. You can do this method, day or night.Steam inhalation is very effective, and is beneficial for your skin, and is one of the best and safest solutions to treat flu and sinus symptoms.
DiffuserDiffuser is designed to spread steam from essential oils. Diffuser can remove steam and beneficial aroma from your chosen essential oil. Pour water into your Diffuser (according to the diffuser dose), then pour a few drops of essential oil into your diffuser, and turn it on. You can put a Diffuser anywhere, in the living room, room, or in your office. Diffuser is safer and more flexible to use
