Lemon oil (Citrus limonum)

Lemon has a yellow color, aroma that is refreshing, purifying, and can increase energy. Therefore, Lemon oil is given the nickname "Liquid Sunshine". The name Lemon comes from the Arabic word "laimun" or the Persian word "lemonade," both mean small, green "citrus fruits. Lemon trees are considered as a cross between Bitter Orange and Citron, which were originally planted for decorative purposes, with fruit left on the tree. After that, Lemon began to be cultivated.

Lemon is a plant native to Asia. Lemon is not only used by ancient Indians but also Egyptians and Romans to treat infectious diseases. Lemon is believed to have been brought to Europe in the Middle Ages around 200 AD and finally traveled from the Middle East to North Africa and finally, Christopher Columbus introduced it to America.

Lemon oil is processed using the cold pressed method, from the skin of fresh lemon. Lemon oil has been known for thousands of years, used to overcome various health problems, such as to relieve mental fatigue, improve concentration and make focus, improve skin health, improve circulation, metabolism, digestive function, relieve constipation, reduce blood pressure, cellulite, headaches , relieve muscle pain, reduce fever, flu and cough, throat infections, overcome respiratory problems, increase concentration, increase energy, have a calming effect, overcome anxiety, and have natural disinfectant properties

Lemon oil use :

Relieve Cough

Pour 2 drops of Lemon oil, with 1 teaspoon of Virgin Coconut oil, mix, then apply on your neck, to relieve cough

Allergy Symptomps

Pour 5 drops of Lemon oil while washing your clothes, or mix 5-10 drops of Lemon oil, into a spray bottle, filled with water, shake the bottle to mix evenly, then spray on your carpet, curtains, sofa and sheets, to relieve symptoms allergy

Ease Nausea

To relieve nausea and motion sickness, inhale the aroma of Lemon oil directly from the bottle, or by pouring 5 drops of Lemon Oil into your room. You can also mix or 2-3 drops of Lemon oil with 1 teaspoon of Virgin Coconut oil, then apply on the temples, chest and back of the neck, to relieve nausea
