Peppermint
Peppermint (Mentha piperita) is a type of Lamiaceae plant. Peppermint Essential Oil has a minty aroma that is strong, cool, refreshing and sharp. Peppermint is a species of crossing from spearmint and water mint.
Peppermint is one of the most versatile essential oils, and is popular throughout the world. Peppermint oil is processed by distilling steam from leaves, stems, and flower buds. Peppermint provides a cool sensation and has a calming effect on the body.
Peppermint has anti-microbial properties, can relieve muscle pain, freshen breath, overcome digestive problems, overcome respiratory problems, fatigue, increase energy, nausea, flu & cough, overcome symptoms of seasonal allergies and sinuses.

Allergy Relief
To help relieve symptoms of seasonal allergies, pour a few drops of Peppermint and Eucalyptus into the Diffuser, in your home, or pour 2-3 drops of Peppermint oil, with 1 tablespoon of Carrier oil, mix, topically to the temples, chest and back of your neck
Sinus care & Respiratory problems
Pour 5 drops of Peppermint oil, with 1 tablespoon of Carrier oil, mix, then apply on the temples, chest and back of your neck, to relieve sinus, flu, cough, asthma, bronchitis, and other respiratory disorders
Increase Energy
Pour 2-3 Peppermint oil, with 1 tablespoon of Carrier oil, mix, then apply to your temples and neck, to increase energy and concentration
Relief pain
To relieve muscle pain, pour 2-3 Peppermint oil, with 1 tablespoon of Carrier oil, mix it, then apply it to the painful part of the muscle, do this for 3 times a day
Reduce Nausea
To relieve nausea, you can simply breathe the Peppermint oil aroma directly from the bottle, or pour 1-2 drops of Peppermint oil, with 1 teaspoon of Carrier oil, mix, then apply behind your ear
