Expand worship

Ramadan is a noble month, which has many virtues, and the reward is multiplied. Use this opportunity to perform worship, such as tarawih prayer, tadaruz Al-Qur'an, take part in online studies, and give alms. Providing food for people who are fasting will also get a reward that is equivalent to fasting people you know. So, let's compete to get as many rewards as possible in this Ramadhan month

Maintain stamina and health

Strong physique is needed when fasting in the month of Ramadan, in addition to refraining from eating and drinking, we also have to restrain lust for one full day. To strengthen the body when fasting, set a nutritious diet at dawn and break the fast, do not forget to do light exercise, such as yoga, pillates, and do stretching movements, so that the body remains fit in the month of Ramadan

Prepare a healthy menu for dawn, and breaking the fast

Come on, it's time we set the menu for dawn, and breaking the fast during Ramadan, with nutritious food that is sufficient for the body. eat vegetables and fruits, which are rich in fiber, to maintain your digestive health. Drink plenty of water

To reduce dehydration, and the body's detoxification process, drink plenty of water. Avoid sugary drinks or caffeine such as tea and coffee, especially at dawn, because it will make you weak, and always feel thirsty

Avoid lazing around

When fasting for a day, the body becomes weak, tired, and sleepiness always accompanies us. Lazy activity is usually a natural thing. Even though we are fasting, it does not mean we are lazing for a whole day. Many positive activities that we can do to fill the time blanks in the month of Ramadan, such as reading books, tadaruz al-quran, cleaning the house, and many more

Enough rest

Try to get enough rest, both day and night, so that the body's organs and muscle cells recover. Adequate rest, can reduce stress, improve mood, and can improve our concentration, when fasting. Avoid excessive sleep or staying up late. Excessive sleep makes the body feel weak, and makes facial skin not fresh.

Essential oil

Use essential oils in every activity, during the month of Ramadan. When doing activities in the morning such as light exercise at home, or starting work from home, use essential oils that have a fresh aroma, such as Lemon, Sweet Orage, or Peppermint, which serves to improve your morale and mood.

During the afternoon break, sunnah worship, or tadaruz Al-Qur'an, use essential oils that make you relaxed, and calm, such as Bergamot, Jasmine, or Ylang Ylang.

When breaking the fast, use essential oils that have a soft aroma, such as Frangipani, Geranium, or Magnolia.

To make your sleep more comfortable at night, use Cedarwood, French Lavender, or Roman Chamomile, which can help improve your sleep quality.

Just pour 3 - 10 drops of essential oil, into a diffuser, with a 250ml water dose. Then inhale the aroma as needed
