Spearmint has a aroma that is very similar to peppermint. Spearmint contains less menthol than peppermint. Spearmint has a scent sweeter than peppermint. Spearmint has a square stem, and the tip of the leaf is like a spear

Spearmint can help relieve nausea, indigestion, headache, toothache, cramps, and sore throat. Spearmint can also be applied topically to the skin, to relieve nerve pain or muscle pain

Blends:
Basil, Eucalyptus, Jasmine, Lavender, Lemon, Sweet Orange, Peppermint, Rosemary

Spearmint oil use:

Massage oil
Pour 5 drops of Spearmint, with 1 tablespoon of Virgin Coconut oil (VCO), Jojoba oil, or Almond oil. Combine, then apply on the affected part, while in massage - massage, to relieve muscle pain, and joint pain

Diffuser blend
Pour 1 - 5 drops of Spearmint oil into your Diffuser and let the aroma spread in your room

Steam Inhalation
Pour into dark glass bottles, 15 drops of Spearmint, 20 drops of Eucalyptus, 15 drops of Tea Tree, and 10 drops of Rosemary, then shake to mix well. Fill the bowl with hot water, then pour 2 drops of this mixture into a bowl. Cover your head with a towel, then inhale, and breathe the steam, with your eyes closed

Shampoo
Pour 1 drop of Spearmint, 2 drops of Tea Tree, and 1 tablespoon of Carrier oil. Mix, then, spread on the head, while massage-massage, then rinse with water
