Meditation Blend :
Pour 5 drops of Vanilla, 5 drops of Cedarwood, and 5 drops of Rose to your diffuser, breathe the aroma for 15-30 minutes to create a calming atmosphere

Release :
Pour 7 drops of Vanilla, 3 drops of Jasmine, and 5 drops of Sweet Orange, into your car's Diffuser, and breathe the aroma for 30-60 minutes
